I encourage you as women in business to take advantage of the opportunities that are granted to you in the present. Often times we let our fears of failure or the possibility of falling short deter us from saying 'yes' to new experiences. Instead, make yourself a symbol of accepting and facing new challenges, but that is just the beginning. Share those experiences with others; the good, the bad, and the ugly. Your success, or failure, can either inspire or prevent others from making similar mistakes. Never underestimate the power and impact you have as a woman.
