By MBA alumna Leticia Foster
Leticia Foster earned her MBA from UNC Charlotte in 2012 and made a career shift from underwriting to marketing. During her time in the program, she participated in a Global Study program and travelled to Malaysia where she explored marketing and business topics with an international perspective. She was quickly promoted after beginning her new career at Lowe’s Headquarters in Mooresville, and is now a brand manager for the Fortune 50 company.
As part of a recent #NextGenCLT panel, she shared my insights with fellow millennials about what she has learned as a woman in business, including four actions that every millennial woman in business can take to find her voice and speak up.
